This connects Islamic seminaries (Jamias) with the community. From the
Main Menu, navigate to the Jamia section.
Registering as a Nazim (Administrator)
Tap the “Register as nazim” button at the top. This allows your institution to go live on the app after admin approval.
You will need to fill in Basic Details like the Jamia Name, City, Area, and the number of Students.
You can check boxes for Full Quran Khatam, Partial Para Recitation, Duas, Naat, or Zikr & Wazaif.
Then, specify who studies there: choose Hostel Students (boarders) or Day Scholars. Once done, tap ‘Submit registration’.
Tracking Requests
To keep track of your activities, go to ‘My requests’.
Here you can see the status of the services you have
requested or the applications you have submitted as a
Nazim.
Viewing Jamia Profiles
Tap on a Jamia card from the list. Here you can verify their credibility. You will see key statistics like the Number of Students (e.g., 250), the Type of students, and how many Services they offer. Scroll down to read the ‘About’ section for a description of the institution.
Sending a Request
Tap the large green button at the bottom: “Send recitation request”. This will take you to the request form we saw earlier, where you can finalize the details and submit your order directly to this Jamia. Configure your request. Choose the Recitation Scope (Full Khatam or Selected Paras). Then decide Where should the service happen?. Choose On-site if the Nazim should visit you, or Remote if the Jamia will recite from their location.
